Day 1 : Jammu Arrival - Katra
On arrival at Jammu, you will be met by our representative at the Railway Station/ Airport. Arrive Katra and check in at Hotel. Later you can spend your time with local market in Katra. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel in Katra.
Day 2 : Katra Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan
After Breakfast, early in the morning proceed to Vaishnudevi Shrine (Up and down 26 kms Trek) (Approx. 4 Hours) One can trek up to the Shrine if fitness permits, otherwise Pony or Palanquins or Helicopter are also available at an extra cost. Arrive at Vaishnu Devi Bhawan. Wash and change before Mata Darshan. Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel in Katra.
Day 3 : Katra – Pahalgham
After breakfast, check out of the Hotel at Katra and proceed to Pahalgham.Pahalgham 2440 Meters (Vale of Kashmir) 252 kms (5 to 6 Hours journey). On the way you can enjoy the Patnitop view of mountains and also you can see the photogenic view of Chenab River flowing from great Himalayas. Finally, you will reach Pahalgham which is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. After freshen up you can visit local gardens in pahalgham and can spend some time at the banks of ladder river. Overnight stay in hotel at Pahalgam
Day 4 : Pahalgham Sightseeing
After breakfast leave for local sightseen in Pahalgham Valley like, Baisaran, Diabian, Kashmir Valley, Pahalgham Valley and Kanimarg (can be covered in 3 to 4 hours by pony). After Lunch you can leave for Chandanwari 3288mts), Betaab Valley and Aru Valley (By union vehicle on your own cost). Dinner & Overnight Stay at Hotel in Pahalgham.
Day 5 : Pahalgham – Gulmarg
After breakfast, check out of the Hotel at Pahalgham and proceed to Gulmarg. (approx. 143 kms 3 ½ hours’ drive one way) on the way visit Lavishing Saffron fields and Apple orchids. After check inn You can start your day from Gondola ride by cable car (cable car cost is not included in the package and it’s totally depend on the weather conditions) 1st Phase from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg (10500 ft. Above the sea level) and 2nd Phase from Khilanmarg to Affarwat(14500 ft. Above the sea level). From Gulmarg to Khilanmarg. You can also enjoy ATV cars/Pony Ride on off road around the Green Lavishing fields. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel in Gulmarg.
Day 6 : Gulmarg – Srinagar Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, check out of the Hotel at Gulmarg and proceed to Srinagar. (approx. 55 kms 2 hours’ drive one way). After check inn at Srinagar Hotel, leave for local sightseeing(approx. 32 kms can be covered in 3 to 4 hours) including Shalimar, Nishat, Cheshma Shahi and Botanical Garden hence drive to Shankarayacharya Temple situated on Hill top overlooking the beautiful Srinagar City.Evening drive to Old City tour, Visit the Historical Jamia Masjid, DargahHazratbal Shrine, Badamwari (Garden of Almond Trees) and spend your time with shopping in local market areas in Srinagar city. Overnight stay at Hotel in Srinagar.
Day 7 : Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar (Houseboat Stay)
After Breakfast, leave from hotel Continue drive to Sonamarg 2690 Mtrs (Meadow of Gold) (approx. 82 kms 2 ½ hours’ drive one way). One can ride on horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year and Sonamarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh. You can also visit Zero point via Zojila Pass (By Union vehicle on your own). Evening return back to Srinagar. Evening boat ride “Shikara “around the famous Dal Lake. Overnight stay in Srinagar Houseboat.
Day 8 : Srinagar – Jammu Drop
After breakfast you will be transferred to Jammu Railway Station Or Airport to board flight for your onward journey with the sweet memories of the tour with Danraa Holidays.
